On 24 July 2010, D carried out a rhinoplasty operation on C. From the time she came around from the anaesthetic after that operation, C has been unhappy with the resulting appearance of her nose. (paragraph 1)

Revision surgery was conducted by D on 23 June 2011, but D remained dissatisfied. She has subsequently undergone three further operations, these conducted by a second plastic surgeon. (paragraph 2)

…there remains just two allegations of negligence; namely, that in the operation on 24 July 2010 D (i) over-resected the right lower lateral cartridge and, (ii) damaged the integrity of the alar rim… D denies negligence. (paragraph 5)
