C was born on 28 August 1979. On 1 April 2008 she gave birth and was discharged after 2 days.
She attended the emergency department on 15 April 2008 with left leg swelling. She was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis. On 17 April 2008 ultrasound scan showed thrombus in her leg extending to the pelvis.
The allegations concerned compression stockings and ileo-femoral venous stenting.
